ÆÞÓÑÉçÇø transitioned from Gmail to Microsoft 365 for its student email system in January 2024. Please read this page carefully to see if your question has been answered before contacting our support team.
Do I still have access to my Google Gmail account?
No, starting in January 1, 2024, you will no longer have access to emails in your Google Gmail account.
What about future emails that may be sent to my previous Google Gmail address?
Any new emails sent to your old Gmail address (username@g.uafs.edu) will appear in your current ÆÞÓÑÉçÇø Microsoft mailbox (username@uafs.edu).
Will there be any change to the way I access any third-party application?
There should be no impact on ÆÞÓÑÉçÇø applications. However, IT highly recommends changing your email for any third-party accounts (Netflix, Facebook, etc.) to a personal email the university does not manage. This change will protect your access to those accounts after you leave the university.
Are Google Apps still available?
Yes, Google apps (except Gmail) are still available by logging into .
